Refund & Cancellation Policy – Web Design by Mark

1. Our Commitment

At Web Design by Mark, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional digital marketing and web development services. Our policies are designed to be transparent and fair to all parties involved. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations for all our services.

2. General Refund Policy: No Refunds for Services Rendered

Due to the nature of our work, Web Design by Mark does not offer refunds for any services once work has commenced.

When you engage our services, you are purchasing our team’s time, expertise, and the resources we allocate to your project. These resources cannot be recovered. Unlike physical goods, our services cannot be “returned.” As such, all payments are final.

By paying any invoice from Web Design by Mark, you are confirming that you have read and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Specific Non-Refundable Services

To be perfectly clear, the following services are strictly non-refundable:

•Setup Fees: All one-time setup fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for:

•Custom WordPress Website Setup

•SEO Initial Setup

•Google Business Profile (GMB) Setup & Optimization

•Technical SEO (On-Page) Setup

•AdWords Campaign Setup

•Facebook Ads Traffic Campaign Setup

•Review Management Setup

•Citations and Directory Listing Backlinks

•Monthly Service & Management Fees: All monthly service fees are billed in advance for the upcoming month of service. Once a service period has begun, the corresponding monthly fee is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for ongoing SEO management, ad campaign management, and website maintenance.

•Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred on your behalf with third-party vendors (e.g., ad spend with Google or Meta, stock photography licenses, premium plugin licenses) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

•For Monthly Services: You may cancel your monthly services at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email to websolutionsbymark@gmail.com. Your services will continue to be delivered until the end of the current paid billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the billing cycle.

•For One-Time Projects: Once a one-time project has been initiated and the setup fee paid, it cannot be canceled for a refund.

5. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback with your credit card company for a valid charge from Web Design by Mark is a breach of our service agreement. We take chargeback abuse, also known as “friendly fraud,” very seriously.

We maintain detailed records of all client communications, approvals, and work performed. This evidence will be submitted to the relevant financial institutions to dispute any fraudulent chargebacks.

In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, you will be responsible for:

1.The full amount of the disputed charge.

2.A $100 administrative fee to cover the costs of responding to the dispute.

3.All legal fees and costs incurred in collecting the debt, should legal action be necessary.

We reserve the right to report all fraudulent chargebacks and unpaid debts to credit reporting agencies.

6. Client Responsibilities

We depend on our clients to provide timely feedback, information, and approvals to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Web Design by Mark is not responsible for delays caused by a client’s failure to provide necessary materials or feedback. Such delays do not warrant a refund.

7. Discretionary Refunds

In the rare event that we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Web Design by Mark. This is not an obligation, and any potential refund would be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Policy Acceptance
