Anything we can do in under 30 minutes: swapping text or photos, adding a page from an existing layout, changing a form field, updating hours or a phone number, adding a team member. If it is bigger than that, we tell you before we start and give you a fixed price.

Essentials: within 48 hours. Plus: most the same day, all within 48 hours. Pro: the same business day. When we give you a date, that is the date.

Yes, every plan includes hosting on servers we control. It is how we can promise backups, patching, and turnaround. If you are on another host today, moving you over is part of onboarding and costs nothing extra.

We clean it, restore from backup if needed, close the hole, and tell you what happened in plain English. Cleanup is included on every plan. It is the reason the scheduled backups and 48-hour patching exist in the first place.

Any month. Move up or down as your business changes. If you cancel, you keep the domain, the site, and every login, and we hand you a full backup on the way out.

Ongoing marketing: ads, SEO campaigns, Google Business Profile management, and reporting on leads. That is the other half of what we do, and it lives at SyncShepherd. We will point you there if it is what you need.
